parsley & garlic sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • coarse sea salt to taste
  • bunch of parsley
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Wash & dry parsley, roughly chop and put into stick-blender bowl, food processor or even use a mortar & pestle. Add garlic, salt, lemon juice and olive oil and blend until well-mixed. Serve with grilled fish or meat.
