And this blog is all about food I love making.

For the past five years or so I’ve been working on Sevilla Tapas, but the truth is that I enjoy making food as much as going out to eat. So this is a collection of some of my favourite make-at-home dishes, including things I just make up on the spot. I’m not much of a recipe follower myself, so more often than not you may not see exact measurements for things, though I will be clear about cooking times and basic instructions.
