This is basically a light “alioli” that is wonderfully versatile.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- dollop of dijon mustard
- freshly ground black pepper
- chili flakes (optional)
